Return Policy
Alpine Plywood Corporation will accept materials returned within 45 days
of invoice provided...
- The returning material is authorized by the Returns Department. Truck
drivers are not responsible for negotiating returns.
- The returning material must be normally stocked as part of Alpine’s regular
inventory. Special orders, non-stock orders or materials that exceed normal
inventory levels are NOT RETURNABLE.
- The customer must provide the original invoice number and date of order.
- The material must be returned free of damage and soiling. Returned material
must be properly protected or packaged to avoid damage. Alpine personnel
are to be the sole judge for inspection of returned material and interpretation
of damage or soiling.
- The customer must acknowledge that returns are subject to a 20% restocking
charge.
